It’s Alexander Wang x H&M

It happens today at 9:00 am, but for one of the very first time we have seen the preview here. Tuesday,  November  4th, the H & M flagship store in Via del Corso was colored black, gray and white right in between the more minimal style and the most urban chic vibe among the sporty mood..

Alexander wang for H&M is about the first American designer collaborating with the Swedish brand, but especially the tenth signature collection that the multi chain has created with a famous designer since 2004, when Karl Lagerfeld signed his own.

Neon pixelate signs as before a great theater show writes about the event and the corner dedicated to the collection has crystal cases with shoes and iron cabinets for gym. This reminds us the real essence of Mr Wang’style that “elevates the everyday concept of comfort to a new level.”

From catwalk in New York to the H & M store the step is long, but it is above all social.
It’s fashion that comes close to people who want to determine condition and style ordinary people at affordable prices.

The fabrics are technical and innovative. Not only neoprene used for cropped sweatshirts over on shoulders and sleeves in black and gray, but also breathable materials suitable for sport and those who want to mix casual and sophisticated elegance in everyday style.

In almost all the pieces of the collection there are no written parts except for the logo itself, the name of the designer.

If I had to recommend an item to buy, I would say the only neoprene sweater thought of as the bustier of an elegant dress. Narrow and almost snug with wide sleeves from the shoulders to the elbow and then narrow again and leggings pants that recall the technical ski pants but are perfect with a cashmere pullover and a leather jacket.

I chose only two pieces as a symbol of the extent of Wang:

A couple of neoprene gloves with long reflective writing that combines the elegance and sophistication of a black glove and wrap the functionality of use and a white high tech cropped top that is carved with “this is an alexander wang cropped top“.
