How to survive winter. Sweaters and coats are not enough

How to survive winter. A bulky and heavy season. Similar to this December and  the clothes appeared in our closets. Winter officially started two days ago. Although for many people, winter had already arrived and certainly not because of temperatures. Some particular circumstances on the one hand, a global malaise on the other.

But missing now two days for Christmas we should stop. Thinking first of all. Thinking too much slows down the brain and leads us away from happiness.

This is not the appropriate season to accumulate, but rather to free yourself. That’s why the animal and plant world goes into hibernation. Because it is impossible to stay lucid. Too many memories, emotions, sensations seem to surface and hurt us more than at other times.

How to survive winter appreciating what it has to offer

Why why why why why … I have the impression that on earth you are wasting too much time to ask too many why. In winter you can not wait for summer. In summer you are afraid to come back in winter. For this you will never get tired of chasing the place where you are: where it is always summer.

If you think about it, winter is a magical time. It is nonetheless. Despite the Christmas that hurts to adults, each of us differently. Try to look around. The silence was surreal. Nature is strong, but invisible. We have more time to stay at home and you never get the correct time perception. Any excuse is good for a nightcap, a chocolate, a dessert or a glass of red wine.

This is not the right time to cry. On the contrary. This is the time to rest, relax and get ready for a new life. In spring, when everything will return to bloom.

The good side that teaches you how to survive winter

In winter there are not only negative things. While it is more difficult to find the energy, it is easier to create a hushed atmosphere and pamper yourself. Look for good somewhere is an attitude that can be developed.

And if everything continues to go wrong, then you can always focus on seasonal trends.

  • Maxi sweater
  • Dresses in soft and enveloping wool.
  • Fluffy coats, over, trendy. In camel, blue or candy pink.
  • Wide trousers with white sneakers.
  • Cropped sweatshirts with puffed sleeves.
  • Soft scarves and hats
  • Maxi golden jewels to weave the wool of our gowns

The non editorial about how to survive winter

And if you come back to the moment when you can not do more, take advantage and stay at home. Invite the friend of your ♥ ︎. Grab your favorite cup, put a pot on the fire, the collection of herbal teas. Wear the thick woolen sweater directly on the skin. Wear comfortable shoes or nothing and let yourself go. Make  your thoughts get out with good background music.

Wait. With time everything passes.
