When style and timeless elegance meets contemporary trends are born the best combinations.
❣❣❣
In the Milan Fashion Week calendar, great and historical names of fashion are alternated with recent designers with their innovative and appealing figures.
Among these, the brand JO NO FUI (which means “I have not been’) it’s intriguing since the name .
So many people waiting. Many young people and the name of the brand as the sign on the shed that will host the show…unequivocal.
Scenography is set on the runaway. When the lights are switched on all the models are there on the stairway. Sort by color tones.
Lined up and ready.
They begin to walk – sure and daring – one by one at the sound of a sweet note as cool as a drop.
The bright green water and soft taffeta embodies style dresses from the 60’s. With portholes, straight cuts, flared and over coats. 60’s inspired are also the circled fantasies, gently applied like soap bubbles and the long round neck clothes.
Switches from green to pastel colors on the warm tones of orange and beige, kaleidoscopic prints combined to transparencies and black stones, for a lady like style with a bon ton flavor.
Also camouflage prints are sweetened by colored stones painted of a bold orange, yellow and turquoise. These vibrant nuances are translated on top, cigarette pants at the ankle and shorts. The tension between rock and chic is expressed by black leather pants, shorts, gloves and shoes strictly décolleté, feminine and elegant.
If I had to choose just a piece for my wardrobe I’m, without any doubt, choosing the short sleeveless dress with camouflage print and black leather accessories. Definitely a must have 100% made in Italy, maybe to wear at next fashion week in New York City.
❣❣❣

chic and elegant
The woman in the blue dress appears to be relaxed and chic. Not a bad combo 🙂
yes she seemed very comfortable in her clothes…and finally we know…that’s the most important thing in fashion 🙂
I’d choose the same as you! But just not with all the little ‘buttons’ attached to it, haha.
Thank you Ari. I’m happy to read we are on the same vibe. Let’s say the stylist to design another one without the beans 😀
What a fun and interesting collection. I’m loving the houndstooth skirt someone wore.
That blue fringe skirt is a really unique piece! I love how you always track down the most unique street styles and share them on your blog. I also really love the black and white dress you featured in the last photo. It looks like that girl is on the hunt for some unique “street style” photos, too! 😉
loved that kaledoiscopic print and camoflaje print.
just today i bought this camoflaje printed material to create a DIY Clutch project 🙂
I had never heard of this brand before. That blue fringe skirt looks very unique, especially paired with that blazer, playful yet elegant.
It’s an Italian brand an it’s becoming more popular. This is not her – the stylist is a woman- at Milan fashion week. Happy you liked it 🙂
Good to know 😉
:*
love the blues and the floral!
My eyes stucked on the last pics. I like that prints and the Givenchy bag.
I’m a fan of prints but I wasn’t attracted to this set. Maybe because it makes me think of aliens! I know, i’m weird haha
love the light green and kaledoiscopic print
Love love love! The embellishments, feathers, studs, prints, statement jewelry – Love!
Nicely written..
N I like the short sleeved camouflage print too.. n the kaleidoscopic print..
Wow, these are definitely interesting designs and the way you wrote it definitely made it more exciting. I like the whole 60s vibe! 🙂
I love the sleeveless dress with camouflage print too and I think it will look better without the stones in it. XD
love these prints especially the bubble one! 😀
That white 60s dress is to die for! Shame I don’t have the figure (or the guts) to wear that even though it’s mighty conservative in a way…
So many beautiful pieces… Love the collection!
Love the street style pics!!! Street style is always my fave part of fashion week ^^
xoxo

I love the idea of adding Bright Jewels to the Camouflage Prints 🙂 A girly twist to the otherwise Man-ly Prints 🙂

A lot of the green prints catch my eye; they’re so different I just love them.
Wow, so many awesome pieces to choose from… lovely
Wow.. this is simply stunning. I can only imagine how you felt being there. The camouflage dress is indeed so catchy.. love the detailings on it. And as far as the street style is considered, my fave pick would be the psychedelic monochrome printed dress. The dresses, cuts, colours are so unique and different. Love the way you described the show. Go go Mari! <3

its an unfamilliar brand but you’re so lucky to be there!
