From Lincoln Center to the designers loft 450 it only takes 10 minutes by taxi. In the heart of the Meatpacking a site where it just can happen to be while in NY and without closing the eyes. An atrium apparently abandoned is the entrance to a place where for 30 minutes architecture, fashion and dance have merged. And where Steven Holl’s office is located – only the architects can understand. The clothes in warm colors, sinuous silhouttes and enveloping fabrics heat up the neutral background of the loft completely white. The patterns and the shapes are suitable for an outfit perfect day to night.

Tilly and William_The models move themselves as wires in the almost whimsical and motionless space of the neutral architecture until the order is broken down and switched from the ballet. Unexpected. Unusual. A story within a story that makes you forget the cold and the snow. Like if you were suspended, the moment can go on forever.

Un atrio all’apparenza abbandonato ospita il luogo dove per 30 minuti architettura, moda e danza si sono fusi.  E lo studio di Steven Holl – gli architetti solo possono capire. Gli abiti dalle tinte calde, le forme sinuose e i tessuti avvolgenti riscaldano lo sfondo neutro del loft completamente bianco. I modelli e le forme si adattano per un outfit impeccabile dal giorno alla notte.
