Miu Miu flats signed by Zara: from ballet to rock

ilovegreeninspiration-ballerinaflats-miumiu-zara1

Miu Miu flats signed by Zara. Impossible not to notice them on Miu Miu Parisian Spring \ Summer 2016 catwalk. Amazing to find them in the mega Spanish store. Ballet shoes that become rock. Once again, the good girl is confused with the bad girl. Satin, lace, laces black or vichy. Small studs, charms and an irresistible mix.

Miu Miu flats the evolution of a ballet shoes

We have been wearing them since we were 4 years old. They are perhaps the first shoes that we dreamt of owning and our mum takes us hand in hand to buy them!. Satin and powder pink. Small and soft. Many of us have still kept them somewhere. Over the years they grow with us. They become pointed, leopard, studded, leather, suede and made of pony fabric. Then one day, unexpectedly but nicely,  someone brought them on the catwalk again with a whole new twist. Rock, glam and tasting a little bit of a bad girl. Ballet has ever been influencing fashion. From Valentino to Zara clothes are made of tulle; deep necklines and tight bustier. Femininity and sophistication. Smooth, soft and sensual.

Attention to wear them with heels and decollete though. From ethereal creature to Carrie Bradshaw the pace is very short.

It’s immediately a must have with Miu Miu flats

At the beginning there were Ripetto (90 euro), then Miu Miu flats 550 euro)  now the version signed by Zara (from 19.90 to 49.90 euro). Among those being offered by Zara i like the cheapest one made of powder pink satin – still not available online e negli (DON’T UNDERSTAND THIS) shops. It would be enough to add two strips in black leather to pass under the upper, change one of the two laces and le jeux sont fai.

The others beige with black lacess and silver are slightly more sophisticated. That the transliteration is almost literal.
