What’s Your Fashion Statement?

Someone said that “only style remains, because fashion fades” (coco chanel). Someone else – more recently – says that “style is the way to say who you are without having to speak” (rachel zoo).

 Qualcuno ha detto che “solo lo stile resta, mentre la moda svanisce” (coco chanel). Qualcun’altro – più recentemente – dice che “lo stile è il modo per dire chi sei senza dover parlare” (rachel zoe).

What I think is that each of us has a unique style.

What is all about?!? It depends on you and on your mood. It could be all a matter of details. A large brooch with a “lanvin” flower on a simple black blazer. A jewel necklace on a gray sweatshirt. An original and creative clutch (Alexander McQueen versus Bottega Veneta). Sometimes it’s a matter of fabrics. Sophisticated and chic silk. Embroidered and rich brocade. Fresh and comfy cotton. Warm and enveloping knitted wool. Or simply a question of colors. The color you feel good when you were it. It’s your own color. The one that makes you feel sexy, comfy and “deeply” you.

So, it doesn’t matter neither you are a sort of “good girl“: bon-ton – with Peter collars and pleated skirt- or romantic – all tulle, lace and faux feathers – nor a sort of “bad girl“: a little bit cat woman – if leather is your passion – or street style inspired – when you take what you want from the run-a-way reinterpreting. Denim on denim, layering…or a mix of everything…we don’t mind who you are…we just want to know more about it!!!

These are my 9 winter garments I can’t do without. If I put all of them in my suitcase. I can be fashion and stylish from day to night almost everywhere. If I mix and match I can have several combinations. Is it easy, no???!!! Unlucky my luggage is always heavier than the sum of these.
