…and you can believe me this is true. The office of Architecture where I work has one main client and his is name Roberto CAVALLI, the italian stylist.
We actually have one boutique just opened in Russia, three sites building ( South America, California and China), and four new projects. Last week was quite busy and this is one of the reason why I couldn’t post as I would like.
As you can easily imagine I cannot show you the drawings and the pictures untill these will be officially published, but I can talk to you about the concept of the stores.
Even if there is not a real crisis in fashion luxury world, there is a kind of wish to give a signal to all the people involved. Simplification and minimalism are the key words even for a stylist whose collections have always been eccentric, full of pattern, prints and precious fabrics.
Starting from outside, the facade is back – lited with a double layered damasco + animalier pattern. The interior is made of lighted furniture where clothes and accessorize are sospended on the light and subtile planes. Pyton printed puff and little horse .
The walls are covered with precious stucco dark or white with golden strips. Take a look to the London boutique. It’s not from my office but it has all the caracteristis of the new concept. What do you think about that? do you like it?
….e credetimi è vero! Lo studio di architettura dove lavoro ha un unico cliente principale ed il suo nome è Roberto Cavalli, lo stilista italiano.
Attualmente abbiamo appena terminato una boutique in Russia, tre cantieri sono in costruzione (Sud America, California e Cina) e quattro nuovi progetti. La settimana scorsa è stata parecchio impegnativa e questa è un adelle ragioni per le quali non ho postato quanto avrei voluto.
Come potete facilmente immaginare non posso mostrarvi i disegni e le foto fino a quando non sono stati ufficialmente pubblicati, ma vi posso parlare del concept dei negozi.
Anche se non c’è una reale crisi nel mondo della moda, c’è comunque un desiderio di dare un segnale a tutte le persone coinvolte. Semplificazione e minimalismo sono le parole chiavi anche per uno stilista le cui collezioni sono sempre state eccentriche, piene di pattern, stampe e tessuti preziosi.
Cominciando da fuori, la facciata è retroilluminata con un doppio layer damasco + animalier. L’interno è fatto di mobili illuminati dove i vestiti e gli accessori sono sospesi sui piani leggeri e sottili. Puff pitonati e tappeti di cavallino scuro. I muri sono coperti di stucco prezioso scuro o chiaro con striature d’oro. Date uno sguardo alla boutique di Londra,. Non è stata progettata dal mio studio, ma ha tutte le caratteristiche del new concept. Cosa ne pensate? Vi piace?
