“oh grateful color bright look”

to dream, to imagine, and to always go further … I often see what does not exist and read what is not written … I’m like this… I like to give things a different meaning — leave room for multiple interpretations…

❣❣❣

spazio a molteplici interpretazioni…

I can’t deny being inexplicably drawn to anything that is visionary and dreamy.
Maybe because I like the multiple suggestions – collages out of scale with overlapping and unexpected. Black & white photos, giant flowers, provocative poses and vintage images that hint at a world known only through American films of the ’50 s. Linder Sterling’s art is all this and much more. I don’t want to explain the veiled message behind her collages with too many words. Controversy or simply picture of the reality? Woman object or simply the ability to express a sometimes embarrassing femininity ? – The final interpretation is up to you — because art should not be coded!

❣❣❣
