This year everybody began to think about Christmas decorations right after Halloween. Without even taking the time to understand. Without waiting for a colder atmosphere and the white lights to illuminate our cities, gradually.
Compulsive syndrome or simply commercial operation. I would not know exactly, but art Decor is something serious. It must be thought calmly.
DIY Christmas 2016 decorations, do as Elisa did
Instead of running or buy everything, take your time. You can use this time to win back a space, or starting appreciating a new one. Just as Elisa did. She has transformed the Christmas opportunity to fall in love with her new home.
What do you need?
Creativity. Patience and a little of taste. The inspirations are found everywhere. From magazines to pinterest. Blogs and Web portals. We don’t need to invent everything. Choose a style and adapt it to your space and what you like. Minimal, simple and Nordic inspiration is what I prefer. Of course, the same is for Elisa.
Natural fabrics and creativity for DIY Christmas 2016 decorations
What I immediately liked about these decorations is they create a serene and soothing atmosphere. Just as Christmas. should be. Do not scream, but whisper. If I close my eyes I can almost hear the fire crackling somewhere. Or the smell of vanilla tea and the fogged glasses for too cold.
- Branches gathered in the garden become items to decorate with white lights and balls coated in wool. This is the way tactile sensations add up to visual ones.
- Wadding, candles and soft weaves become nests of hopes and dreams that we hope come true. At least at Christmas.
- Pine cones, fir branches and souvenirs bought in distant places, remind us that sometimes we do not need too much to be happy. The little things can work much than noise.

Love these, I agree I wish Christmas started later, feels like the shops starts selling Christmas candy in October, way too early for me. I think Christmas is best only for December.
