Amfar 2016 Cannes is so much Glam.

There are words that not even belong to our Italian vocabulary, but are continually over used. There constantly fill our mouths neglecting the exclusive primary meaning they have always had.

VIP GLAMOUR certanly define the 2016 Cannes Amfar evening

The  very important person is the one who became famous for belonging to the show biz world {cinema, television, politics, economy} is a businessman or a very rich one.

The term was taken from Russia to indicate the aristocracy. No ethical or moral judgment, the VIP one is a category of people who, for fortuitous circumstances of life, can not easily appear in public unless escorted because idolized by the crowd.

Glamour – often abbreviated Glam – can be translated with charm, often referred to elegance, sensuality and seduction. Certainly these are not deep concepts, nothing to do with the higher forms of culture, but it is what we should think when we use them.

Here’s last night in Cannes there was so much GLAM.

Fortunately Snapchat has cordially invited us “to a star – studded evening in Cannes” at the amfAR event [the Foundation of AIDS research]. The company it was possible to see the results from the French Riviera between the super model, actors, singers and very important people from all over the world.
The live show begins with a fabulous Karlie Koss fascinated by all the glamor that surrounds it.

Cinema Against AIDS 2016 benefit gala is a blend of luxurious clothes. Kilometric legs, bodies scream and so much beauty. That of the super top of the moment – Irina, Alessandra Ambrosio, Gigi Hadid – actors such as Leonardo DiCaprio, the singers like Kate Perry who entertained guests at a concert in aid of the end, and many actresses obviously present.

In the meanwhile we will continue participating in events which replicate the GLAM GLAM formulas, but without being able to remotely adjust to this concentrate of opulence, wealth and glamour.

The festivals were born and will continue to exist because they have a role of inspiration, because they make us dream of an aspect of life – frivolous, glittery and shiny – which we would like to participate in, once in the lifetime.

But this should not turn every minimum visibility opportunities we have, in a moment of self-congratulation at the limit of chic or naive.
