Let’s call it light mauve

Someone calls it powder pink, someone else pale pink. I have decided, I like to call it “light mauve“.
It’s the color closest to the skin tone, it seems it could almost blush with the embarrassment of a compliment.

Light mauve is the king of the “no makeup” makeup, and of those of us who love roses and peonies wrapped in newspaper and tied just with a string.

Proposed by Giorgio Armani in his Spring \ Summer 2015 catwalk, it is the color of one of the most popular and sold nail polish by OPI “Hawaii” collection – the creamy nude shade.

I found it in this shirt from Zara, which is suede cotton on the back and conquered by the way it is declined for this Sisley eco leather jacket – one of the pieces you can admire in the in the brand new unquestionably trendy collection, displayed in the store after the “Toi et toi–même” event.

And just to mention, it is the color that fits the “patent nude“pair of Louboutin and that you can match as creative as you want.

Combining it with printed socks by Prints Keiko Nishiyama and a green forest skater skirt.
