“The costume jewelry is not made to give the woman an aura of wealth, but to make her beautiful.” Coco Chanel
I’ve always been more of a chick for “jewels” that tattoos.
I’ve always preferred something removable, interchangeable and fickle like me.
When I’ve started high school fashionable t-shirts were cropped able to discover your belly and navel earrings.
Today we are back in the form of CropTop and although this style, like a flashback, brings us back to the nineties by dint of advertising campaigns such as those of H&M (and I’ve already talked about this HERE) I think that today there are many other interesting ways to decorate our bodies.
If it is true that we do not live in a fairy tale – the ones we read about in books – it is also true that each of us has the right tricks to feel like a princess. And perhaps it often happens to us when we wear our favorite accessories. Either the ones that characterize our everyday life or those that mark the important occasions.
The rings for examples. Once upon a time the collective imagination associated with this object had an iconic significance.
The symbol that my grandmother wore – and still wear today – in her very rare social occasions.
It was the famous solitaire bright and shining like a star.
Although almost every woman dreams about receiving the brightest among the objects, sooner or later, we often end to wear o multiple rings, bracelets and necklaces.
Often they don’t have a huge real value, but are able to enrich our outfits with style, a touch of glamor and witty mood.
And so jewels feature butterflies, bees that promise not to sting and owls vintage inspired.
The keys pendent that refer to a secret and promises to keep it silent forever – I’ve found this beautiful key pendant from Fresh Trends.
The hearts and the word “love” that explicitly, and without any doubt, reveal feelings and emotions – for some unconditional love like this love necklace.
But among my favorites there are the simplest among the elements, the ones that are repeated in series with slight variations sometimes with explicit and declared messages.
Whether designed by Marc Jacobs and Balenciaga or discovered by accident in some less known site – I love these stackable rings, what it counts is combing, mixing and matching and the diktat is always the same have fun and stand out.
