There are places that ask you to be photographed. Neither they pretend it nor they scream. But they whisper. The say it softly. It could happen when the eyes are not enough to remember. They don’t have enough memory to store. And above all, they have no way to recall. No possibility to share. Words probably will never be enough, leaving too much room for imagination. This garden has been known by me since I was 5 months old. I’m not there everyday, but at the same time, I’m always there. Here the seasons always happen similar but different. It’s my secret garden. In this time of year the green moss is on the ground. The grapes are now dry, but the leaves are all shades of brown. The pumpkins climb on the wall. And the roses never cease to bloom. In the cultivated garden, there is very little but the regular rows transmit peace and safety. The farmers have an accuracy dictated by the practice. And sometimes cyclamen, daisies and mushrooms grow, by chance, where no one could expect them. This is my grandparents’ house garden. A huge house. Very old. Where the furniture are made of dark brown wood. The plates are all china plates and the little spoons are made of silver. Where laces and doilies are on the tables and the smell of lavender linen mixes with the smell of bread coming from the oven in the courtyard. Today I show you what I saw yesterday. A small part of what it means to me. ❤❤❤

Instagram and a bit of love can make a great work! hope to read from you soon!
Evviva i nonni! 🙂
Evviva i nonni, davvero!
Gosh, it’s beautiful! And I LOVE the cutlery tied up with fabric strips! Adorable :))
