Before it is completely dark. Before everybody goes home. Before I just give up because it is too late. I’m going out for running. I only bring my favorite music with me and I’m waiting for the wind to touch my ponytail.

I know..sometimes I get so lazy..I usually run 5k two times a week..I’m gonna run 10k next week for a mini-marathon….my husband is doing the half marathon again 🙂 he is into training for it a lot..at the end of the year he’ll do a full marathon 😛
wow training for a full marathon i something crazy :-P! I run 10km for a mini marathon without a training and I felt bad for 1 week after. I dance 3 times a week so I’m a trained person, but running is something different. I don’t want to scare you, but be sure to take vitamins or dietary supplements…anyway your husband surely knows it betten then me. baciii
I’ve run 10k before..and 8 k..as I run almost every week it gets easy..they give you water half way and then give you some energy drinks or some energy bars 🙂 I do spin as well 😛 Bacii
