a union flag may be a print as another

This morning, like everyday, I received dozens of newsletters in my mail: all the online sites I’ve subscribed for… I said dozens for decency, but in reality they are many many more. Do not always look at all of them and I often trash them without opening…but today, by chance, or rather then pushed by a shopping desire I opened the asos‘s one where I found a selection to celebrate the Queen Elizabeth and I remembered about something I wanted to talk: theUnion Flag trend.This year marks the 60th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II. The celebration of her Diamond Jubilee will be going on throughout the year, but this trend has been running for a while and we can say that either Alexander McQueen or Vivienne Westwood propose us very cute solutions, full of super stilish accessories .However, objectively, the Mc Queen’s clutch, such as the Chanel purse are stunning, but   would you like to spend all that money for objects so recognizable?
Asos, in the selection, proposes wonderful sequined shorts , but are you going to wear it?In any case I think that I’ll slip into a shirt \ jumpers or a beachwear – I put here an example with the American flag -.  During summer time everything is allowed.What do you say? Is it absurd to think of wearing a flag that doesn’t even match your country? Or could it be considered a print as another?

una bandiera può essere una stampa come un’altra. Come ogni giorno mi arrivano nella mail decine di newsletter: sono tutti i siti online a cui sono iscritta…ho detto decine per decenza, ma sono molti molti di più. Non sempre le guardo tutte, anzi spesso le cestino senza aprirle, ma oggi, per caso, o meglio per la voglia di shopping ho aperto la newsletter di asos e ho trovato una selezione per festeggiare la Regina Elisabetta. Mi sono così ricordata di un argomento di cui volevo parlare da un pò: the Union Flag trend.

Quest’anno sono 60 anni che la regina è salita al trono, ma questo trend va avanti già da un pò e possiamo dire che Alexander Mc Queen e Vivienne Westwood ce lo propongono egregiamente con i loro accessori super stilish.

Comunque, oggettivamente la clutch di mc queen e la borsa di chanel mi piacciono, ma voi spendereste tutti quei soldi per degli oggetti così riconoscibili?

Asos propone, nella sua selezione, dei pantaloncini di lustrini stupendi, ma voi li indossereste? 

In ogni caso credo che prima o poi scivolerò su una maglietta o un costume di cui qui metto un esempio con la bandiera americana!!! Penso che durante il periodo estivo sia concesso sbizzarrirsi.

Voi cosa ne dite? è assurdo pensare di andare in giro con una bandiera che non è neanche del tuo Paese?? o si può considerare questa una stampa come un’altra?
