100% creativity for Louis Vuitton shop windows

Yesterday I had a long walk through the centre of Rome and I couldn’t obviously forget my camera to take some pics! My attention had been caught most of all by Louis Vuitton shop windows. One month ago Maison Louis Vuitton opened a new boutique in Roma Etoile – a previous cinema- designed by the famous architect Peter Marino. In the old square a wool dress was dead center in a fleche of multicolored arrows. The motif is evidently in design use also at Louis Vuitton via Condotti, and in all boutiques around the world. I decided to look for LV’s shop windows and I was surprised by all the creativity and originality. Faye McLeod, the Creative Director Visual for Louis Vuitton, is behind all of them and her genius is fully realized every time you pass the stores’s window displays: the circus,  the zebra, the arrow theme….it’s all a matter of her great imagination. Take a look at my selections of best LV’s shop windows…are those incredibly stunning and fabulous? I personally don’t adore LV, but this is  amazing! What’s your opinion? xxx

100% creatività per le vetrine di Louis Vuitton. Ieri ho fatto una lunga passeggiata al centro di Roma e ovviamente non potevo dimenticare la macchina fotografica per fare delle foto. La mia attenzione è stata catturata più di tutto dalle vetrine di Louis Vuitton. Circa un mese fa Maison Louis Vuitton ha aperto una nuova boutique in Roma Etoile, lo spazio di un vecchio cinema progettato dal famoso architetto Peter Marino. Nella vecchia piazza, risplendeva una vetrina con un vestito di lana trafitto da un arcobaleno di frecce colorate. Il motivo è presente anche nel negozio di via dei e nei negozi di tutto il mondo. Ho fatto una piccola ricerca allora, per tutte le altre vetrine realizzate dalla casa francese e sono rimasta sorpresa dalla creatività e dalla originalità. Faye McLeod, il direttore creativo del visual di Louis Vuitton, è dietro ad ognuna di loro e il suo genio è pienamente evidente ogni volta che si passa davanti alle vetrine dei negozi: il circo, le zebre, il tema delle frecce. Guardate la mia selezione delle migliori vetrine…non sono incredibili e favolose? Io personalmente non adoro LV, ma questo è pazzesco. E voi cosa ne pensate? xxx
