Ballet mon amour: part 0

Perhaps because it is still too little time since I’ve started writing on this blog or maybe because it’s a true great passion and for this reason it’s intimate and gets instinctive to keep it secret, I had never talked about the importance that Ballet has for me. Not only it has always been a constant since I was a child, but above all it has always been avaluable source of inspiration and “survival” in every moment of my life. From a certain point of view it has  the same role that dance has always had in the fashion world: ballerina flats, flowing skirts, light fabrics, soft sweaters wrap – up, corsets and lace. I chose to post some shots of a campaign titled “Tough Dancer” by Freja Beha, MagazineApril 2010, Ph: Craig McDean and other inspirational pics.

Forse perché è ancora troppo poco tempo che scrivo su questo blog o forse perché è davvero una grande passione e come tale è istintivo tenerla segreta, non vi avevo mai parlato dell’importanza che ha la Danza per me. Non solo è sempre stata una costante sin da quando ero piccola, ma soprattutto è sempre stata una preziosa fonte di ispirazione e di “sopravvivenza” in ogni istante della mia vita. In un certo senso è lo stesso ruolo che la Danza ha sempre avuto nel mondo della moda: ballerine, abiti fluenti, tessuti leggeri, morbidi maglioni wrap – up, bustini e pizzi. Ho scelto di postare alcuni shots di una campagna intitolata “Tough Ballerina” di Freja Beha, Magazine April 2010, Ph: Craig McDean e altre immagini che adoro.
